"Difficulties with returning a defective product"
Returning a damaged item was quite a struggle for me since they don't respond to emails. Karen was helpful when I called, but after all those emails went unanswered, I ended up having to file a Paypal dispute just to get my money back.

I recently got some replacement parts for my Dewalt saw from Miles. The guy on the line was super helpful and assisted me in figuring out the right spares. The parts arrived fast, and I've got them all installed now. I'd definitely suggest them to others and will be coming back for sure.

"Avoid This Seller"
Extremely disappointing. They sent me the wrong item, and I've reached out to them several times over the last three months. They’re just flat-out ignoring me. I opened a case with PayPal, but I dropped it after they promised to send a replacement. A courier came to pick up the wrong item, but now that I’ve closed the case, they’re back to ignoring me. It feels like they’ve taken my money, and I’ll have to deal with the lengthy PayPal process to get it back.
Honestly, I’d think twice before ordering from this place.

"Super happy with these folks"
Super happy with these folks. I got a Black & Decker strimmer from them (through Amazon) and it broke while still under warranty. They set up a collection for repair and return (by courier) in just a week, and their communication via phone and email was top-notch. I'd definitely shop with them again.

"Needed a hard-to-find part and got it fast!"
I was on the hunt for a part for a pretty uncommon model. After checking the manual, I gave Miles Tool Centre a ring, and they confirmed they had a replacement in stock, ready to ship. Less than a day later, I was installing it on my machine. Now that's what I call service! From here on out, they’ll be my go-to for any garden equipment or parts.

"Great service and fair prices"
One of the parts on my Metabo bench saw broke after seven years of use. I reached out to Miles, and they provided me with the cost and availability for a replacement. The part was sourced from Germany and arrived at my place in under a week. That’s some top-notch service!

"Terrible Experience. Not Coming Back."
Tried it once. Definitely won't do it again. No product received. No communication, despite my attempts to get updates. Thankfully, PayPal refunded me, so I dodged a bullet there. Just awful service. I’ll be sticking with sellers who are the real deal.

"Terrible service, steer clear if possible."
The service was really bad. The item I ordered showed up quite a while after I placed and paid for the order, and I can deal with that. However, when the parts finally came, they were not what was specified. Even after I called and sent a follow-up email, this company hasn’t bothered to get back to me. I expected better from a UK seller of Bosch parts. Honestly, it’s easier to get the right stuff from abroad on eBay than from this place. If they had just taken the time to fix the mistake, my review would have been a lot more favorable. Steer clear if you can.

"Thrilled to discover a UK seller..."
I was thrilled to discover a UK seller offering US empire tools. I ordered three tools and made the payment. The next day, they refunded me for two of the tools since they were out of stock. The third tool was sent without any hassle. However, when I checked their website, I noticed I could still order everything again because they hadn’t bothered to update their stock status. Is there some drop shipping happening here? They sure seem to be advertising items they don’t actually have! It was a complete and utter waste of my time.
